How To Order RIFLE Products

TO ORDER: RIFLE products are available direct from RIFLE securely online, mail, phone or through our dealer network. Normal office hours are 8AM to 5PM (PST), Monday through Friday. (It will not hurt to try before 8AM or after 5PM or on Saturdays). Our toll-free phone number is (800) 262-1237. We accept MASTERCARD, VISA, Discover, PayPal, orders by FAX (805)466-9543 and prepayments by check or money order. Sorry no COD's.

California residents add 7.75% sales tax.

SHIPPING: All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. our plant (the customer pays all freight charges), but we can accommodate any shipping request. Normally we ship UPS Ground. Overnight, two-day and three-day service is also available.

CLAIMS: The carrier is responsible for delivery of merchandise in good condition. Inspect your shipment on arrival, report any damage or shortage to us at once and file a claim with the carrier immediately.

RETURNS: RIFLE offers a money-back guarantee. All claims must be made within 21 days of shipping date and must be accompanied by a return authorization number obtained by phone only (800-262-1237 or 805-466-5880). No reasonable claim will be refused. The guarantee is for new, uninstalled products returned in the original packaging. The credit is for the merchandise only and does not cover shipping costs. Returns for used and/or installed products may be accepted at the sole discretion of Rifle and may be subject to a restocking fee. Returned products which have been color-matched, whether installed or not are subject to a restocking fee equal to the cost to color-match.

WARRANTY: RIFLE products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for one year from date of purchase. Adjustments are limited to parts repair or replacement and does not include labor claims or shipping costs. This warranty does not cover damage or deterioration due to normal use, wear and tear, faulty installation or modifications by the owner. If you have a problem, call us first and we will try to remedy it.

EXCHANGES: RIFLE offers a liberal windshield exchange policy, unequaled in the industry. We offer free windshield exchange within 7 days of receipt of your windshield. You pay the shipping to us and any price difference (or we will credit you, if less) on the windshield being exchanged for, and we'll pay the shipping back to you. Excludes custom made-to-order windshields. The windshield must be returned in new or nearly-new condition and must be accompanied by a return authorization number obtained by phone only (800-262-1237 or 805-466-5880).

Shipping Methods and Charges
After receiving you order we will contact you regarding shipping methods (if more than one alternative is available) and freight charges. If you have a shipping preference, include it in the order comments box during checkout. Any local duties or taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer.
